Lets Ride LLC respects your privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). This page explains what personal information we share and how California residents can exercise their opt-out rights.
Do We “Sell” Your Data?
Lets Ride does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. We do not operate an advertising marketplace or data broker service.
However, we may share certain usage and analytics data with service providers that help us operate the platform. Under CCPA’s broad definition, some of these arrangements may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. The relevant providers and the data they may receive are described below.

We do not share your profile content, ride history, location history, private messages, or contact list with any third party except where required by law.
Your Rights
As a California resident, you have the right to:
- Opt outof the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information.
- Know what personal information we collect and how it is used.
- Delete your personal information (subject to certain exceptions).
- Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
- Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
How to Opt Out
Option 1 — Cookie Preference
Click Essential Only in the cookie consent banner at the bottom of the page. This disables analytics tracking immediately.
To reset your choice and see the banner again, clear your browser’s localStorage (DevTools → Application → Local Storage → delete letsride_cookie_consent).
Option 2 — Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser has GPC enabled, we treat it as an opt-out of sharing.
Option 3 — Email Request
Send a request to privacy@letsrideoffroad.com with the subject line “CCPA Opt-Out Request”. Include the email address associated with your Lets Ride account. We will respond within 15 business days.
Account Deletion
To request full deletion of your personal information (Right to Erasure under GDPR / Right to Delete under CCPA), email privacy@letsrideoffroad.com with “Delete My Account” in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days.
