See your data
Download a copy from Settings → Your data in the app or on the website. The copy is a ZIP file: a front page that explains what is in it, your rides as GPX files (one per ride), the photos and clips you uploaded (we take location out of uploads from October 4, 2026; older ones may still show where they were taken), and a machine-readable JSON copy of your data. Voice notes and documents are not included.
Correct your data
Change your profile, rigs and settings in the app or on the website. For anything you can’t change there, email privacy@letsrideoffroad.com with the email address on your account and what is wrong.
Delete your data
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account in the app or on the website. Your account is hidden at once and erased 30 days later; sign in before then to keep it. If you can’t sign in, email privacy@letsrideoffroad.com with “Delete My Account” in the subject line and we will do the same within 30 days.
