Child Safety Standards — Let’s Ride
Let’s Ride LLC · effective October 13, 2026
Let’s Ride is a community app for off-road riders. Riders must be 16 or older to join. We do not allow child sexual abuse or exploitation of any kind on Let’s Ride, and we act on it the moment we know.
What is never allowed
- Sexual images, video or text involving anyone under 18.
- An adult seeking sexual contact with, grooming, or sexually messaging someone under 18.
- Sharing, asking for, or linking to child sexual abuse material.
- Threatening, trafficking or exploiting a minor in any way.
How we protect younger riders
- Riders under 18 can only receive messages from their friends on Let’s Ride, and can only start messages with their friends.
- Every post, photo, comment, review, chat message, ride, event, place, club and rider profile has Report. Every rider can Block another rider, who then disappears for them everywhere.
How to report
- In the app: tap ⋯ → Report and choose “A minor is at risk.” A report of a message, photo, comment, post or review hides it for everyone straight away; a reported page is taken down at once or within a few hours while we review it. Every such report reaches us immediately.
- By email: support@letsrideoffroad.com (put “Child safety” in the subject).
- If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 (or your local emergency number) first. You can also report directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
What we do
- We review reports every day. Anything that breaks these standards is taken down and the account responsible is suspended.
- When we learn of child sexual abuse material, we report it to NCMEC’s CyberTipline as U.S. law requires, keep it as the law requires, and cooperate with law enforcement.
- We don’t tell the person a minor-at-risk report is about that they’ve been reported.
